Dáire O'Driscoll

BSc MVB | Veterinarian

Dáire [da-ra] graduated from University College Dublin in 2022. He was born into a small beef farm in southern Ireland. He had one grandfather in dairying and the other a fisherman. He started off working in mixed animals in the south east of Ireland but has spent the last two years in the Irish midlands working all large animal.

Dáire moved to New Zealand for the better weather and to experience a different style of farming. Dáire joined us in Canterbury in November 2024. 

Dáire is interested in all things sport. Enjoys watching rugby, soccer, basketball, NFL and of course his beloved Irish Gaelic games hurling and football of which he plays in Christchurch. 

Dáire also enjoys hiking and swimming along the New Zealand coastline.
